Snacking Smart While Working
My workspace and routines are far different than they ever used to be. We have been moving a lot over the last year and a half, which has made me learn to adapt to my surroundings and find places wherever we are that inspire me, whether a cozy spot in the living room, my bedroom, or an actual desk. At our home we are at for the summer, I have a desk setup to use during the day to get through emails and structured work time, but in the evenings, I enjoy sitting here in this nook while I write or concept upcoming content and gatherings. It is a cozy spot with a view of bikes whizzing by or neighbors tending their gardens late in the evening after the heat has gone from the day. I love it.
Recently Wonderful Pistachios inspired me to snack smarter in my workspace. Though I am a big advocate for whole foods eating, I sometimes struggle in the evening when I am working late to stay healthy. So I challenged myself this last week to pick up a small bowl and fill it with some pistachios to enjoy while I sat in the evenings.
