Over the last year, we have done a lot more practice in mindfulness and doing meditation. In the process, I have learned just the surface of how powerful our minds can be to our success. They say that what you focus on the most is what the greatest outcome will be. This quote from Picasso though not particularly about this concept exactly, reminds me that we can make anything a reality. Our minds and imaginations are the keys to anything we want to come to be. It is easy to forget this when we are caught up in the day to day of life, but taking the time to focus purposefully on an outcome or goal can make all the difference in our work or even in our life.
