Madewell Denim for Fall | The Fresh Exchange

There are those days when it’s all about moving, going and being ready for life. OK probably most days are like this for many of us. For those days I always try to find easy to wear outfits that can pass for a client meeting but chill enough to live in for a flight to Europe. I am constantly on the look out for pieces that easily transition from one season to the next. Which is why Madewell’s clothing is the most consistant name in my closet. My first Madewell piece I invested in was the tomboy workshirt. I remember seeing it in the store and knew I couldn’t continue living life without it and it couldn’t live without me.

That may be silly, but it is the honest truth. Since purchasing this shirt it has been packed, worn, washed, tucked, slept in, and lived in more than most shirts ever see. But through all the adventures this shirt is still solid and even better than the day I walked home with it.

Now paired with rolled up skinny skinnies from the new denim line and the winston leather boot, it really couldn’t be more perfect. It’s the perfect thing to throw over a favorite t-shirt or tucked in to a great skirt.

The rest of this week I will be sharing outfits that I put together with some of my favorite Madewell pieces. Come to the store opening in Ann Arbor, Michigan this Thursday for more looks like this and the others I will be sharing this week.

If you missed it last week I announced the collaboration. Get more info here.
